Poor soundproofing lets in noise from outside and other rooms, which can disrupt sleep. Parking is first-come-first-served, with no reservations allowed. it can get tricky after local events. Also, the lighting from the nearby signage shines directly into the room, making sleep challenging without blackout curtains. The elevator buttons could use a clean, and there's a shortage of soap holders by the sink and shower, giving a less-than-polished impression.
